In this course, we are introduced to some history of belly dancing in the US, the meaning of Baraka, and we address some common concerns. Then we learn basic warmup exercises that become the foundation for the dance, and learn the important Baraka Tribal Power Posture – which is the basis for all of this Baraka Style of Tribal Belly Dance.
